What Our Consultants Say...

The recruiter was so enthusiastic and positive, always available, and very clear with expectations. As my first interaction with VisionCor, that was critical.  She was honest throughout the process and didn’t lead me along.

Mary

My experience with VisionCor was the best I have had with a training company. I have been very impressed with everyone I have encountered and especially the fact that when I showed up at the T3, VisionCor people were on site. I was also impressed by the other trainers; this is the most collegial group of people I have worked with.

Dave

The on-boarding process was exemplary. We had a complete package of information and all the forms needed with instructions. Project leads were nurturing and helpful.

Cynthia

From the beginning, staff professionalism was high. The vetting process to find quality people was unparalleled. The organization and structure, including on-boarding, were very effective. Amongst the ranks, the trainers gave me nothing but positive feedback about interactions regarding travel expenses and everything.

Training PM

I would love to work with VisionCor again!

Marie

A lot of things worked well. The train-the-trainer was well organized, and there were contingency plans I have not seen in other projects. Communication was open between the PM, the leads, and office staff handling expenses, email, and timesheets. The training materials were much better than seen in other places.

Shannon

Prework instructions and expectations for performance were clear. There were no surprises.

David

The VisionCor consultants—not just trainers, but training developers, too—were good quality people. It was hard to tell if they were contractors or client employees.
